The Turf Tavern - Oxford

The Turf Tavern, also known affectionately as ”The Turf” by locals is an ever-bustling student pub, hidden away along one of Oxford’s smallest alleyways. If you aren’t familiar with the city, finding it can be a real challenge. It’s small, compact appearance is quite deceiving as once you are inside, a series of rooms, corridors and outdoor terraces unfold around you, brimming with a jovial atmosphere. The Turf has hosted a number of celebrities and public figures throughout its history, some of whom have set some notable drinking.
