Although perhaps not quite the smallest pub in Oxford, The White Horse on Broad Street is certainly the narrowest. Sandwiched within the popular Blackwell’s bookshop, this pub has a completely unique feel. A small flight of stairs from the street leads you down into its quirky, intimate atmosphere, where the walls are lined with memorabilia that link the pub to its cinematic past - having featured regularly in Inspector Morse and other series. Naturally, an absolutely fantastic selection of local beers and ales are available at the bar.
